Xbox One players can now play the battleground game shooter PUBG on their console. Version 1.0 offers both new content and improvements.

PUBG: Now edible for Xbox-One

The Battle Royale shooter has abandoned early access and is now available as version 1.0 for the Xbox One. Microsoft and Bluehole have added new content as well as enhancements to further optimize the game. The improvements are for both the Xbox One and the Xbox One X.

Many improvements and new content are waiting for you

The Xbox One players will receive the new 4 × 4 km Sanhok map as well as a new vehicle, new weapons, skins and a crate system. The list of official patch notes is long. To ensure that the matchmaking times remain stable, the new content and function will only be released gradually. Today, Sanhok starts, followed by the war mode, which is available as a weekend event at the end of September, and then in mid-October you will experience the Costum matches. So you have enough time to test everything in peace.

  • New map added: Sanhok (pronounced “sah-nok”) #

Sanhok is 4km x 4km (a quarter the size of Erangel or Miramar). Although games on this tiny island end up a little faster, the battles are still huge. Each game still offers 100 players.

  • Certain settings have been customized specifically for Sanhok to better match its unique design. Details are below.
  • performance

Remote players and vehicles are not displayed the same on Sanhok, which improves server performance

  • gameplay

The weather in Sanhok is changing dynamically.
Players can throw apples as they wait to board the plane in the lobby.

  • Red zone

The Redzone is smaller and shorter on Sanhok.
The center of the red zone appears outside the game zone (the white circle). This means that players outside the game zone are more vulnerable.

  • Blue zone

Bluezone on Sanhok has shorter waiting times and longer travel times.
The blue zone is also dynamic. He checks the remaining player numbers before he determines the next circle and adjusts the waiting time and travel time accordingly (this does not affect the circle size).

  • Spawn Balance

The Item Spawn rules have been adjusted to Sanhok to prepare you for battle faster.
ARs, SMGs and DMRs are generated more frequently.
8x areas and 15x areas do not spawn on Sanhok. However, they can still be obtained from maintenance packages.

  • In-Game Lobby

Everyone receives 20 apples in the in-game lobby, which can be thrown around freely. Practice your throwing skills while you wait for the game!

  • QBZ

The QBZ is an AR that uses 5.56mm rounds. It can hold 30 rounds per magazine and can be expanded to 40 rounds.

  • QBU

The QBU is a new, Sanhok-exclusive DMR with a standard 10-shot 5.56-mm ammunition magazine that can be increased to 20 with an expanded magazine.
Attached to QBU is a bipod that significantly reduces the recoil when shooting while lying down.

The Rony is a new pickup truck that can only be found on Sanhok (from the automaker that brought you the Mirado)!
This truck sleeps up to 4 passengers and is characterized by the rolling landscape of Sanhok.
The Rony is one of the larger vehicles on Sanhok, so it can be used both for transport and for cover!
